What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address, property ZIP code and any message you give us. If you call us, we collect your phone number and whatever you tell us on the call. Calls to and from this business may be recorded and transcribed for quality and training purposes, and where a recording disclosure is required by law you will hear one at the start of the call.

We also collect standard analytics data about how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived here. This is aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

What we do with it

We use it to respond to your enquiry, to quote and carry out work, and to follow up about that work. We may contact you by phone, SMS or email using the details you gave us, including by automated means. Consent to that is not a condition of purchase, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We share your details with the contractor or crew assigned to your project, and with service providers who run our phone system, our email and our scheduling. We do not sell personal information to advertisers. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and tax obligations. Job records, including the lead-safe renovation records the federal renovation rule requires, are kept for the period that rule specifies.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling or emailing us. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text or asking us on a call. Most browsers let you block cookies; parts of the site may work less well if you do.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top of this page.
